To adjust the delay before the screen turns off

1. Touch Screen timeout from the Display settings.

2. Select the time from the list.

To show animation when opening/closing windows

You can select to show an animation when opening or closing

windows.

1. Touch Animation in the Display settings.

2. Select the animation type you’d like to use.

If you want to disable this function, select No animations.

Sound settings

By pressing Home Key > Menu Key > Settings > Sound, you can

configure the sound settings, such as ringtones and notifications.

To switch your phone to silent mode

Select the Silent mode check box from the Sound settings.

To switch your phone to vibration mode

Select the Phone vibrate check box from the Sound settings.

If you switch your phone to silent mode with vibration, the vibration

icon

will appear in the notification bar.

To adjust the volume

If you want to set the volume, make sure your phone is not in silent

mode.
