Videos
Recording a Video
You can use the camera to record videos. There are three modes for recording videos:
Camcorder, For MMS and Short Video (page 124).
1. In standby mode, press and hold the side key (
R
).
2. Display the subject in the main display and press
@
or a side key (
R
).
The start sound is heard and recording begins.
To pause recording, press
J
or a side key (
Z
). To resume recording, press
@
or a side key (
R
).
3. Press
@
or a side key (
R
).
The end sound is heard and the video is saved automatically to the preset storage
place (page 128).
Deleting a Video
1. Press
J
(Options) after recording a video.
2. Select Delete and press
J
(Select).
3. Press
J
(Yes).
Tip
•
If the Preview setting (page 131)
is set to On, the fi rst frame of
the video appears after recording
a video.
• To record another video,
press
k
K
(Back) or a side key
(
zZ
) after recording the fi rst
video.
• To end the video camera,
press
o
O
or press and hold a
side key (
z
Z
).
• To set a video as the incoming
ringtone (page 79), press
j
J
(Options) from the preview
screen after recording ends
and select Assign to Contact.
Only videos recorded in For
MMS and Short Video can be
set as an incoming image.
Note
If the recording mode is set to For
MMS or Short Video, recording
cannot be paused.
