Open Combined view If you have configured Email to send and receive email from more than one
account, you can view all messages sent to all accounts in Combined view.
S Touch the name of the current account in the Application bar and then touch
Combined view.
Messages in the Combined Inbox are color-coded at right, by account, using the
same colors as mark your accounts in the left column.
You can also open a combined view of all your accounts’ starred items or drafts.
You can touch an account in the left column to view the Inbox for just that
account.
The number of unread messages in the combined folders and for each account
is displayed next to its name in the left column.
Only some of your account’s recent email is downloaded to your phone. To
download earlier messages in batches for IMAP or POP3 accounts, touch Load
more messages at the bottom of the list of email.
