Setting and changing alarms
You can set an alarm by modifying an existing alarm or by adding a new one.
Add an alarm 1 Touch Set alarm or Alarm set (if you have an alarm already set) on the Clock
screen.
A list of current alarms opens. Set alarms are checked.
You can set or change an existing alarm. See “Set or change an existing alarm”
on page 261.
2 Touch Add alarm.
3 Use the up and down arrows to set the time.Then touch Set.
A dialog with details about the alarm opens.
4 Touch Repeat to open a dialog where you can check the days on which you
want the alarm to sound.
5 Touch Ringtone to select a ringtone for the alarm.
The ringtone plays briefly when you select it.
6 Touch Label to open a dialog where you can type a label for the alarm.
7 Touch Done.
Set or change an
existing alarm
1 Touch Set alarm or Alarm set (if you have an alarm already set) on the Clock
screen.
A list of current alarms opens. Set alarms are checked.
You can add an a new alarm to the list. See “Add an alarm” on page 261.
2 Check an existing alarm to set it and touch Done. Or touch an existing alarm to
change it.
3 If you touched an existing alarm, touch Time, Repeat, Ringtone, or Label to
change it. Then touch Done.
