Vodafone Mobile Connect Error Code List
Description: Ensure that no other programs are using your selected device, and try again in a
short while.
Troubleshooting: The (unexpected) disconnect seems to be the result of a standby-/hibernate-
event. Such a "Disconnect" could be prevented via the radio button in "Settings" -> "General" ->
"Standby". It would be worth carrying out such a test with the VMC settings.
Furthermore disable other connection tools.
- Check the Device Manager for disabled or faulty device entries and reinstall the devices.
- Issue can be related to the used Device, please swop the device against another model.
- This Issue can be appearing in combination with RAS error 635.
- Try the latest approved VMC release.
- If this issue is appearing it has to be analysed by the software and device vendor.
For the K3520-Z, K3565-Z and the K3715 this issue is fixed in the 9.4.4 release of VMC.
